Welcome to JobBridge. By using our resume-building platform (Services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services. If you are using our Services on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

Account Terms

• You must be 16 years or older to use JobBridge.
• You must provide a valid email address to complete the signup process.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. JobBridge is not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this obligation.
• You are responsible for all content created and activity under your account.
• You may not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including violating copyright or trademark laws.

Content Terms

• You own the resumes and content you create and can use them as you wish.
• There is no guarantee that the content does not violate the intellectual property rights of others.
• You are solely responsible for assessing whether JobBridge and the generated content are appropriate for your needs.

Payment and Billing

JobBridge offers a free version of the Services for you to try before purchase. Due to immediate access to premium features, subscription payments are non-refundable. If you encounter technical issues preventing use of the Services, contact us at hello@job-bridge.app.

You can cancel your subscription anytime in your account settings. Subscription renewal charges are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

Except as prohibited by law, JobBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Liability, if found, will be limited to the amount paid for the Services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account without prior notice for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account by discontinuing use of the Services.
